1. Information We Collect

1-1. Information Collected during User Registration and Inquiries

In principle, the Service does not require the entry of personal information such as email addresses during normal account creation. We collect the following information depending on the user's actions:

• User ID and Password (Required for account creation): Used by the system to uniquely identify the account and perform authentication.
• Recovery Email Address (Optional, set later): Collected only when registered by the user's own volition for password resetting and login ID purposes.
• Inquiry Information: When using the inquiry form, we collect the sender's name (nickname acceptable) and reply email address.

1-2. Information Automatically Obtained During Service Use

• Play Data: In-game data such as puzzle clear history, elapsed time, scores, etc.
• Temporary Save Data: The state of the board saved via the Cloud Resume (interrupted data) feature
• Access Analysis Data: Date and time of access to the site, terminal information (browser type and device information), IP address, and operation logs within the site (these are collected as anonymized data that does not identify individuals)

1-3. Use of Browser Storage

The Service uses the browser's LocalStorage and SessionStorage to retain guest user data and improve user experience. These are stored only inside your browser and are not transmitted to the server.

2. Purposes of Use

The Team uses the collected information for the following purposes:

• Account creation, management, and login authentication
• Provision of the cloud save (temporary save/restore) feature
• Sending password reset notifications to the optionally registered recovery email address
• Aggregation and display of statistical information based on play data (Daily Results, etc.)
• Replying to inquiries, identity verification, and contact support
• Service improvements and new feature development

3. Provision of Information to Third Parties

The Team will not provide users' personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

• With the consent of the user
• Based on laws and regulations
• When outsourcing to infrastructure providers necessary for the operation of the Service (cloud service providers such as Supabase) within the scope necessary to provide the service

4. Ad Distribution and Cookies

The Service may display advertisements distributed by third-party distributors (Google AdSense, etc.). These providers may use Cookies to display advertisements based on the user's interests (personalized advertisements).

4-1. Disabling Cookies and Opt-Out

Users can disable personalized advertisements through the following methods:

• Opt-out from Google Ad Settings
• Disable Cookies from third-party distributors at aboutads.info
• Refuse or delete Cookies in your browser settings

However, if you disable Cookies, some functions of this Service may not work properly.

5. Access Analysis Tools

On this Service, we use the following third-party access analysis tools to analyze usage and improve the service. Although these tools use Cookies to collect traffic data, this data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.

• Google Analytics (GA4): An access analysis tool provided by Google LLC. For details on how data is collected and processed, please refer to Google's 'How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services'. You can also disable the use of data by Google Analytics by using the browser add-on (Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on).
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: A display performance measurement and security analysis tool provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

User data is securely stored on a cloud service (Supabase). If you wish to delete (withdraw) your account, you can perform self-deletion immediately from the 'Settings & Account' screen on My Page. If you cannot operate the screen for any reason, you can request deletion by contacting us via the Inquiry Form.

7. Underage Users

In principle, the Service is available to users of all ages. However, if a user under 16 years of age creates an account, please use the Service after obtaining consent from a parent or guardian.

8. Changes to this Policy

The Team may modify this Policy as necessary. The modified Policy shall become effective at the time it is posted on this page. In the event of important modifications, we will notify users through the in-site notice feature.
